| BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The Alaska State Personnel Board will elect a Chair, speak with representatives from the Department of Law about the quarterly ethics reporting process; and to review outstanding ethics complaints and reports. | |
The Alaska State Personnel Board will hold a meeting on May 22, 2024, starting at 2:30 p.m., on the 19th floor suite 1970 in the Atwood Building, 550 W. 7th Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska, pursuant to authority vested in it under AS 39.25.070 on the following matters:
To elect a chair; to take action on minutes from earlier meetings; to have questions answered by representatives from the Department of Law about the quarterly ethics reporting process; to review outstanding ethics cases and reports; and other matters that may come before the board within the scope of this notice. The deliberations on ethics matters will occur in executive session because these matters are required to be confidential under AS 39.52.340.
