INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for AVTEC Industrial Electronics Building Renovations, Project Number 25C0741600, will be received before 2:00 p.m., May 29, 2024 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This state funded project will replace a portion of roofing on the AVTEC Industrial Electronics Building in Seward, Alaska. This project also includes four (4) additive alternates for additional roofing replacement; siding, window, and door replacement; boiler replacement; and construction of a new roof canopy.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $1,000,000 and $2,500,000. The Project substantial completion date will be July 25, 2025.

The non-mandatory pre-bid site visit listed in Special Notice to Bidders No. 5 is changed to 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday May 22, 2024 at the project location.

Plans, Specs, Bid Packets and Addenda along with other additional information pertaining to the project may now be downloaded in their entirety at no charge from the Department’s approved online bidding service: https://www.bidx.com/ak/lettings. Bidding documents may also be purchased for $100.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
