Notice of Pipeline Carrier Petition for Acceptance of Settlement
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that on April 19, 2024, Oliktok Pipeline Company (Oliktok), filed a petition requesting acceptance of a settlement agreement (Petition). The settlement agreement implements a variable rate methodology that establishes, for each calendar year, maximum transportation rates applicable to the transportation of natural gas on the Oliktok Pipeline. Docket No. P-24-007 was opened to address this matter.
Oliktok is authorized under Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity No. 334 to own and operate the Oliktok Pipeline. Oliktok seeks acceptance of the settlement agreement and approval of rates established under the settlement agreement for the transportation of natural gas, effective May 1, 2024. A comparison of the current rates and proposed rates are shown in the table below:
