INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for Peger Road Engineering & Contracts Building Roof Replacement, Project Number 2501000064, will be received before 2:00 p.m., May 15, 2024 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This state funded project includes all necessary construction services as required to replace the existing roof with a new EPDM roofing system at the Peger Tech Services building at the Department of Transportation Complex at 2301 Peger Road in Fairbanks, Alaska.

A non-mandatory pre-bid site visit will be held at 10:00am on Thursday May 2, 2024 at the project location. Those interested need to submit their names to the project manager, Lauren Staft, at lauren.staft@alaska.gov a minimum of 24 hours prior to the site visit.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The Project completion date will be September 30, 2024.

Plans, Specs, Bid Packets and Addenda along with other additional information pertaining to the project may now be downloaded in their entirety at no charge from the Department’s approved online bidding service: https://www.bidx.com/ak/lettings. Bidding documents may also be purchased for $50.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
