NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
RFP No. 25242050 – Peger Complex Water Distribution Replacement &
Sewer System Renovation Services
The Contractor shall provide professional services for upgrades, repairs, and replacement of the Peger Complex Water Distribution & Sewer System located at 2301 Peger Road, Fairbanks, AK.
A site visit is scheduled for Monday, April 29, 2024 at 10:00am. Meet on east side of Building 5 of the Peger Road Complex (2301 Peger Road). This building is the first building on the right coming from the Davis Road entrance.
A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package. Estimated period of performance for the Agreement is approximately June 2024 to April 2026. Cost of these professional services is between $50,000 and $100,000.

Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms. Submittals must be received no later than May 2, 2024 prior to 4:00 p.m. prevailing time.
