The Division of Administrative Services of the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development on the behalf of the Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission is soliciting proposals for qualified Laserfiche Value Added Reseller.

The Department estimates a budget not to exceed $25,000 annually. Proposals priced more than ‌$125,000 over the firm term and all renewal options will be considered non-responsive and rejected. Approval or continuation of a contract resulting from this RFP is contingent upon legislative appropriation.

Proposals must be received no later than 16:00 prevailing Alaska Standard Time on Friday, May 10, 2024 as indicated by email timestamp and late proposals will not be considered.
