NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
RFP No. 25242044 – Anchorage Mat-Su Valley Alternative Transportation Corridors Traffic Study
The Contractor shall provide professional traffic engineering services to explore alternative transportation corridors and networks to improve safety, mobility, resiliency, and economic vitality for Alaskans traveling between Anchorage and the Matanuska Susitna Valley, and destinations to the North and East. These services may include: data collection and review, origin-destination analysis, traffic forecasting, and agency and stakeholder involvement.

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package. Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately June 2024 to December 2025. Cost of these professional services is expected to be between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available April 12, 2024 and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at 4111 Aviation Avenue in Anchorage, AK. Persons residing outside the Municipality may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 269-0408.
Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms. Submittals must be received no later than May 3, 2024, prior to 4:00 p.m. prevailing time.
