CONSTRUCTION INVITATION TO BIDS (ITB’s)
Sealed bids in single copy for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment, and performing all work on Project No. 3-02-0277-007-2023/SFAPT00212; FFY18 St. Paul Airport Visual Aid Replacement, described herein, will be received until 2:00 p.m. prevailing time April 16, 2024, at the Construction Contracts Office, 1st Floor, 6860 Glacier Highway, Juneau, Alaska.
This Federally funded project will consist of removing and replacing secondary wind cone and installing new conduit and wire. Remove and replace primary wind cone and install new conduit and wire (Table K-3, d.(1)(*CB). Install ladder and platrom on Snow Removal Equipment Building, remove and replace rotating Airport Beacon (Table K-3, c.(1) &(2)(*CB). Phase 4 - CC 24300206

The Engineer's Estimate is between $250,000 and $500,000. All work shall be completed by 11/30/2024. This is a Race Neutral project as defined in Section G-120 of the Specifications.
