The State of Alaska, Department of Environmental Conservation, Village Safe Water Program (department) is soliciting this Request for Proposal (RFP) for a contractor to design wastewater improvements for the City of Coffman Cove, Alaska per the recommended alternative in the Coffman Cove Luck Point Sewer Study.
