INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for DOT&PF Annex Building Earthquake Repairs, Project Number NPFAC00547, will be received before 2:00 p.m., March 29, 2024 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This state funded project will replace the west wing and repair other damage at the DOT&PF Annex Building, resulting from the November 30, 2018 earthquake.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $2,500,000 and $5,000,000. The Project substantial completion date will be March 15, 2025.

Plans, Specs, Bid Packets and Addenda along with other additional information pertaining to the project may now be downloaded in their entirety at no charge from the Department’s approved online bidding service: https://www.bidx.com/ak/lettings. Bidding documents may also be purchased for $100.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
