NOTICE OF ADOPTED AND FILED REGULATIONS OF THE MARIJUANA CONTROL BOARD

On September 21-22, 2022, the Marijuana Control Board adopted regulations in 3 AAC 306. The regulations concern public notice for license application.

The regulations were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Office of the Lieutenant Governor on March 10, 2023, and are effective on April 9, 2023. Attached is a copy of the filed regulations.

The regulation changes will first appear in Register 246, July 2023, of the Alaska Administrative Code.

Updated unofficial regulations will be posted on AMCO’s website no later than 4/9/2023. https://www.commerce.alaska.gov/web/amco/
