MARIJUANA CONTROL BOARD MEETING
March 13, 2023
Anchorage, Alaska

Pursuant to Alaska Statutes, 17.38.111, the Marijuana Control Board is holding meeting on March 13, 2023, as a continuation to consider its agenda covering marijuana establishment license applications, enforcement, and, if any, ongoing and proposed regulations projects, and other matters that may come before it.

The meeting will begin at 1 p.m. on Monday, March 13, 2023. The meeting will be held in the Atwood Conference Room at 550 West 7th Avenue, Anchorage, AK 99501. Members of the public are encouraged to join via the zoom link below. 

The meeting is open to the public to attend at any time during the meeting. On regulations projects where written public comment was received in response to a Notice of Proposed Changes and during the opened public comment period, the board will review the written public comment but will not take oral public comments on the regulations project at this meeting.
