NOTICE OF ADOPTED AND FILED REGULATIONS OF

THE MARIJUANA CONTROL BOARD

On September 21-22, 2022, the Marijuana Control Board adopted regulations in Title 3 of the Alaska Administrative Code, Chapter 306. The regulations concern application renewal requirements (3 AAC 306.035(b)).

The regulations were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Office of the Lieutenant Governor on February 9, 2023, and are effective on March 11, 2023. Attached is a copy of the filed regulations.

The regulation changes will first appear in Register 245, April 2023, of the Alaska Administrative Code.

The Alcohol and Marijuana Control Office will make available unofficial, updated regulations on its website no later than March 11, 2023.
