ELECTION & MEETING
The Southern Norton Sound will hold a public meeting at the
Myles Gonongnan Aaron Panek Memorial Hall
Thursday, October 27th , 2022, at 11:00am
The Purpose of this meeting is to hold elections for members and officers and address any proposals concerning the fisheries and game and any other matters coming before the committee.
Seats up for election are: Unalakleet 4 seats; Shaktoolik 1 seat; Stebbins 2 seats; Koyuk 2 seats and Undesignated 1 seat.
The meeting is open to the public.
All residents of the area who attend the meeting and are of legal voting age may make nominations and vote on committee membership.

The Southern Norton Sound Fish & Game Advisory Committee is a collection of community members from all user groups that come together, discuss Fish and Game issues and recommend changes to current regulations. They also represent their community at Board meetings before the Board of Game and Board of Fisheries.
