NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
RFP No. 25232016 – AMATS: Academy Dr & Vanguard Dr Area Improvements and AMATS: 88th Avenue: Abbott Rd to Lake Otis Pkwy Pavement Preservation Design Services – PLUS
The Contractor shall provide professional services to support the two (2) separate projects named above. Activities will include: Civil Engineering; Environmental Activities; Surveying and Right of Way (ROW) Mapping; Hydrologic and Hydraulic Design; Traffic and Safety Engineering; Public Involvement; Design Study Report; Erosion and Sediment Control Plan; Plans, Specifications and Engineer’s Estimate; Assistance with Bidding; Assistance with Design Close-out; and Assistance with Construction.
A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package. Estimated initial period for performance of the Agreement is approximately December 2022 to January 2027. Cost of these professional services is expected to be in the range of $1,000,000 or greater.
The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available September 15, 2022, and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at 4111 Aviation Avenue in Anchorage, AK. Persons residing outside the Municipality may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 269-0408.
Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms. Submittals must be received no later than October 6, 2022, prior to 4:00 p.m. prevailing time.
