The Legislative Affairs Agency (Agency) is soliciting proposals from Construction Manager General Contractors to provide Pre-Construction Work and Services to the Agency for the remodel of the Assembly Building that is in Juneau, Alaska.
The Agency will enter into negotiations with the contractor, near the end of the Pre-Construction Work and Services phase, for a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) Construction Work and Services contract to complete the remodel of the Assembly Building. Please see attached RFP 653 - Remodel of the Assembly Building for more details.

Registration with Procurement Manager: If you are receiving this solicitation from the State of Alaska Online Public Notices website or through email, you must register with the Procurement Manager to receive subsequent amendments. Registration should be in writing and email is preferred. Contact information is shown below. Failure to register with the procurement manager will result in rejection of your offer.
Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting and Site-visit: All prospective Offerors are required to attend the pre-proposal meeting and site visit to be considered for award of a Contract resulting from this RFP. The mandatory pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Friday, August 26, 2022, at the Terry Miller Legislative Office Building, 129 6th Street, 1st floor Conference Room, Juneau, Alaska, with a site visit of the Assembly Building to follow. More information related to the mandatory pre-proposal meeting and site-visit is provided in the attached RFP.
Deadline for Receipt of Proposals: Bids must be received by the Procurement Manager no later than 11:30 A.M. Alaska Time on September 9, 2022. Late bids will not be accepted.
