REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Sealed Proposals for ANC Gate B9 Passenger Boarding Bridge Replacement Design-Build, Project Number AIP 3-02-0016-XXX-2022 / CFAPT00996, will be received before 4:00 p.m., August 11, 2022 at the office of the Chief of Contracts, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This federally funded contract requires the Contractor to provide the necessary design and construction services, as required, to construct the replacement of a new apron drive passenger boarding bridge (PBB) at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport South Terminal Gate B9.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $1,000,000 and $2,500,000. The Project Substantial Completion date will be March 30, 2024.

A non-mandatory site visit has been scheduled during the advertising period on Tuesday, August 2, 2022 at 10:00 a.m.  Meet at the Concourse C Baggage Claim 1 to be escorted through the work areas.  Bring safety vest and driver license. Contact Jesse Campbell at jesse.campbell@alaska.gov a minimum of 48 hours prior to the site visit to attend.

Proposal documents may also be purchased for $100.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
