Audit Committee Meeting

THE AHFC BOARD OF DIRECTORS’ AUDIT COMMITTEE will meet at 8:30 a.m. on June 29, 2022 at the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (“AHFC”) boardroom, 4300 Boniface Parkway, Anchorage, Alaska.

The AGENDA will include: A. Wells Fargo Servicer, Internal Audit Report 22-10; B. Procurement, Internal Audit Report 22-11; C. JADE Purchasing, Internal Audit Report 22-12; D. JADE Travel, Internal Audit Report 22-13; E. Service Grants, Internal Audit Report 22-14; F. Denali State Bank Servicer, Internal Audit Report 22-18; 1. Presentation and discussion of FY22 IAD Activity Reports; 2. Internal/External Audit Activity Report 3. Internal/External Audit Follow-up Activity Report; 4. Grantee Financial and Administrative Monitoring Activity Report; 5. Affordable Housing Compliance Monitoring Activity Report; 6. Presentation and approval of FY23 Internal Audit and Compliance Annual Plan; 7. Audit Committee Consideration Memorandum; 8 Internal Audit and Compliance Annual Plan; 9. Audit Committee Resolution 2022-01; 10. Presentation and discussion of IAD’s Quality Assessment Review. 11. Any other matters to properly come before the Committee.

ONE OR MORE BOARD MEMBERS will participate in the meeting by conference call pursuant to as 18.56.040(b).

THE PUBLIC is invited to attend the meeting through WebEx (No physical attendance will be permitted at this time), but should be aware that portions of the meeting may be held in Executive Session. Committee meetings and work sessions do not provide for public testimony. Pertinent reference materials, if used, will be made available to those members of the public who wish to participate in the meeting.
