INVITATION TO BID
Sealed bids for A Street: Northern Lights Blvd to 40th Ave Pavement Preservation Project Number 0527030 / CFHWY00223 and HSIP: A Street Midtown Couplet – Overhead Signal Indication Upgrades, Project Number 0001684 / CFHWY00677, will be received before 2:00 p.m., June 29, 2022 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.
This federally funded contract consists of two projects. Project CFHWY00223 will resurface A Street between Northern Lights Blvd and 40th Ave and project CFHWY00677 will make traffic signal indication upgrades. Project work includes utilities, pavement planing, temporary signal, paving, draining, signing, and striping.
The Engineer's Estimate is between $2,500,000 and $5,000,000. The Project completion date will be September 15, 2023.

Bidding documents may also be purchased for $100.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
