The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to issue a Boundary Crossing Permit at Rampart Airport to Rampart Village Council at the Rampart Airport under ADA-72677 (Item No. 1) for 3 years, to expire 12/31/25. The permit will be issued in accordance with Alaska Administrative Code 17 AAC 45.285. Annual fee: $1,198.00. Authorized uses: non-aeronautical – Access material site on Yukon River bed.

Competing applications or written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., June 27, 2022, after which the Department will determine whether or not to execute the permit. The Department’s decision will be sent only to persons who submit written comment or objection or a competing application to the Department, at the address and by the date and time specified in this notice, and include their return address.
