SECOND INDEPENDENT MEDICAL EXAMINER (SIME) SELECTION PANEL
NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING: The SIME selection panel, established under 8 AAC 45.092 to select physicians for the Alaska Workers' Compensation Board's list of second independent medical examiners, will meet on the following dates and times:
- Wednesday, June 8, 2022 – 12:00pm to 1:00pm
- Wednesday, June 22, 2022 – 12:00pm to 1:00pm
- Wednesday, July 6, 2022 – 12:00pm to 1:00pm
- Wednesday, July 20, 2022 – 12:00pm to 1:00pm
These meetings will be held telephonically and by video conference.
The purpose of these meetings is for the panel of attorneys chosen by the Commissioner to vote on the inclusion, exclusion, retention, and removal of physicians from the Workers’ Compensation Board’s list of Second Independent Medical Evaluation physicians.
