NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
AMHS Auke Bay East Berth- Ferry Terminal Improvements
RFP Number 25223023
The Department intends to enter into a negotiated agreement for design engineering services to improve the vehicle transfer bridge and berthing dolphins as outlined in the statement of services.
A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package. Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is from June 15, 2022 to December 31, 2025. Cost of these professional services is expected to be in the range of $500,000-$1,000,000.
The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available April 26, 2022 and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at 6860 Glacier Highway, Juneau, AK 99801-7999. Persons residing outside the City & Borough of Juneau may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 465-4420. Walk-in and telephone service is available during the hours of 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms. Submittals must be received no later than May 17, 2022, 4:00 PM prevailing time. Please be advised that none of the courier services (Fed-EX, UPS, etc.) provide overnight service to or from Juneau. Please allow at least 2 to 3 business days for receipt of expedited packages. Proposals may be submitted by email to: srdotpfcontracts@alaska.gov

Every effort will be made by the Department to ensure that Contractors receive all addenda when issued. It is the Offeror’s responsibility to ensure that he has received all addenda affecting the RFP. No protest will be allowed based on the offeror’s allegation that he did not receive all the addenda for a RFP.
