Corrected Notice of Utility Tariff Filing

On December 23, 2021, the REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) issued a public notice regarding TA180-72, the tariff filing in which TDX Manley Generating, LLC (TMG) filed a revenue requirement study based on a 2020 test year.

The notice indicated TMG requested an interim and refundable across-the-board rate increase of 11.17 percent and a permanent across-the-board rate increase of 40.00 percent. All referenced rates in the original notice were accurate; however, the reference to the permanent increase percentage reflected in the original notice was incorrect. With this corrected notice, we revise that TMG’s request is for a permanent across-the-board rate increase of 27.91 percent.
