Notice of Utility Tariff Filing
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that TDX Manley Generating, LLC (TMG) filed tariff revision TA180-72, a revenue requirement study based on a 2020 test year. With this filing, TMG requests an interim and refundable across-the-board rate increase of 11.17 percent, effective March 1, 2022. TMG also proposes a permanent across-the-board rate increase of 40.00 percent. A comparison of the current, proposed interim, and proposed permanent rates are shown in the table below.

TMG has requested waivers of 3 AAC 48.275(a)(8), the requirement to provide a schedule showing the computation of the pro forma provision for income taxes; 3 AAC 48.275(a)(12), the requirement to provide a schedule showing the computation of the weighted cost of capital; and 3 AAC 48.275(a)(13), the requirement to provide a schedule showing all liabilities of long-term debt.
Concurrent with its revenue requirement study, TMG filed a petition to classify the TDX and Subsidiaries Consolidated Financial Statements for the Years Ended December 31, 2020 and 2019 as confidential.
