Notice of Utility Tariff Filing
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Sand Point Generating, LLC (SPG) filed TA276-230, a revenue requirement study based on a 2020 test year. With this filing, SPG proposes an across-the-board interim rate increase of 4.85 percent, effective March 1, 2022. SPG also proposes a permanent across-the-board rate increase of 12.12 percent. A comparison of the current, proposed interim, and proposed permanent rates are shown in the table below.

Concurrent with its revenue requirement study, SPG filed a petition to classify the TDX and Subsidiaries Consolidated Financial Statements for the Years Ended December 31, 2020 and 2019 as confidential.
