Special Working Group on Marijuana Drinkable Products
December 7, 13, 28, 2021 and January 7, 2022

The Alcohol & Marijuana Control Office and the Marijuana Control Board is holding four special working group meeting sessions beginning on December 7, 2021 to discuss matters related to the product manufacturing, packaging, and labeling of drinkable marijuana products to include:

• The type of drinkable product such as mixing from concentrate or mixing from powder, those designed to be added to a beverage, multi-serving-size or single-size mini, etc.;
• properly delineating what a serving is on the drinkable packaging;
• properly delineating the measurement of an actual serving on the drinkable; and,
• the safety and secure packaging and labeling of the drinkable.

The meeting will be held by Zoom application providing for computer and telephone communication.

Session I:        Tuesday, December 7, 2021, beginning at 1:15 p.m. until 3:30 p.m.

Session II:       Monday, December 13, 2021, beginning at 1:15 p.m. until 3:30 p.m.

Session III:      Tuesday, December 28, 2021, beginning at 10:00 a.m. until Noon

Session IV:      Friday, January 7, 2022, beginning at 9:00 a.m. until Noon.

The meeting sessions are open to the public to attend at any time during the scheduled times. The special working group will not be taking public comment or testimony regarding any matters discussed during meeting sessions.
