INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for HSIP: C ST: Tudor and Dimond Intersections, Project Number 0001581 / CFHWY00236, will be received before 2:00 p.m., October 27, 2021 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This federally funded project will construct pedestrian refuge islands at the four intersection corners of C Street with Tudor Road and Dimond Boulevard. Project work includes upgrades to pedestrian facilities, temporary traffic signals, new traffic signals, storm drain, signs, paving, striping and utility work.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The Project completion date will be September 30, 2022.

Plans, Specs, Bid Packets and Addenda along with other additional information pertaining to the project may now be downloaded in their entirety at no charge from the Department’s approved online bidding service: https://www.bidx.com/ak/lettings. Bidding documents may also be purchased for $100.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
