The Department of Administration, Office of Procurement And Property Management, is seeking contracts for the purchase and delivery of heating oil, ultra-low sulfur diesel, unleaded gasoline, aviation gasoline, and Jet-A fuel on a “keep full” or “as-needed” basis by state agencies, political subdivisions, and other qualified entities in various locations throughout Alaska.
Please review the attachments below thoroughly. The bid schedule was designed to allow for bidding on any line item location individually, even within specific locations. There will be a pre-bid conference on October 11, 2021 at 9:00 AM AKST. Please email the contracting officer above to register for the pre-bid conference, amendments, and all other communications.
Bids for this ITB are due no later than 1:30 PM AKST on Friday, October 22, 2021.
AMENDMENT #1 - 10/05/2021: This amendment is being issued to correct SEC. 2.15 Contract Price Adjustments submission dates. See attached for Amendment #1. Important Note to Bidders: You must sign and return the front page of the amendment document with your bid.
AMENDMENT #2 - 10/11/2021: This amendment is being issued to change SEC. 2.18 Contract Pricing locations, and to update/replace the Bid Schedule to allow two more OPIS price locations in LA and PNW.
