NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Bethel Tundra Ridge Road ROW Relocation Services
RFP No. 25222004

The purpose of the proposed agreement is to provide right of way relocation services to one affected property (Parcel 2) that consists of three (3) structures for the above-named project.  An appraisal has been performed.  Acquisition services have been completed by others.  As various design issues unfold, additional parcels requiring relocation services may be added to this contract by amendment.

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately August 2021 to October 2022.  Cost of these professional services is between $50,000 and $100,000.

Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received no later than August 2, 2021 prior to 4:00 p.m. prevailing time.
