MARIJUANA CONTROL BOARD MEETING
JUNE 23-24, 2021

Pursuant to Alaska Statutes, 17.38.111, the Marijuana Control Board is holding a regularly scheduled meeting on June 23-24, 2021, to consider its agenda covering marijuana establishment license applications, updates on implementation of marijuana establishment licensing, ongoing and proposed regulations projects, and other matters that may come before it. The Marijuana Control Board is holding a public hearing regarding license #12313, Juneau’s Green Market.

The meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 23, 2021 and Thursday, June 24, 2021, and will be held at the Westmark Hotel, 813 Noble Street, Minto Room, Fairbanks, AK.  If you are unable to attend in-person, you can join using the Zoom application.

The meeting is open to the public to attend at any time during the meeting. The board will reserve a time period on Wednesday, June 23, 2021, for public comment regarding items not on the agenda and not relating to regulations currently out for public comment.
