The State of Alaska, Department of Environmental Conservation, Village Safe Water Program (department) is soliciting a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the following construction work on behalf of the City of Nunapitchuk, Alaska. The contractor shall construct a new Water Treatment Plant and Washeteria (WTP-W) facility, including fuel tank/fuel piping, well house, water and sewer piping, watering point, boardwalk, partial demolition, and other related items. The project includes three (3) Additive Alternates. See table of contents for Specification information.
