Notice of Pipeline Carrier Tariff Filing

The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Alpine Transportation Company (AlpineTC) filed TL41-538, seeking to update its tariff to incorporate sections of AlpineTC’s Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s (FERC) Tariff No. 16.1.0, cancelling FERC Tariff No.16.0.0. AlpineTC has requested an effective date of March 26, 2021.

This notice does not contain all requested revisions and the Commission may approve a rate or classification which varies from that proposed.
