Notice of Utility Tariff Filing
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Cook Inlet Natural Gas Storage Alaska, LLC (CINGSA) filed TA42-733, proposing housekeeping revisions to Tariff Sheet Nos. 31, 47, and 83.
With TA42-733, CINGSA proposes to remove duplicate sections 18.4 Delivery of Gas and 18.5 Hourly Variation from Tariff Sheet No. 47. In addition, CINGSA proposes to update non-firm revenues collected from 50 percent to 100 percent in Sections 32.7 and 37.3 of Tariff Sheet No. 83.
