Notice of Utility Tariff Filing
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Anchorage Water and Wastewater Utility (AWWU), on behalf of Anchorage Wastewater Utility, filed TA169-126 proposing to update its Septage Hauler Equipment Inspection procedures to include provisions for an orientation to review procedures for septage receiving stations.
With TA169-126, AWWU proposes to implement a Standard Operation Procedures Orientation form to familiarize septage haulers with the appropriate and safe operation of the septage receiving stations. AWWU also proposes that this form will be required as part of the Septage Hauler Equipment Inspections. Finally, AWWU proposes that failure to submit a vehicle and/or trailer for inspection or complete the orientation form will result in the loss of access to receiving stations.
