Northern Norton Sound Advisory Committee

The Northern Norton Sound AC will hold a teleconference meeting on January 6, 2021 beginning at 1:30 p.m. Interested individuals and AC members may call 1-800-504-8071, access code: 4421717 to connect to the teleconference meeting.
Agenda items include receiving updates on wildlife and fisheries issues and providing comments for the following items:
Adding muskoxen in Tier II hunts; 
Require the use of expanding (soft point) bullets for big game hunting excluding wolves and wolverines;
Prohibit the use of urine as bait or scent lures; Allow the use of cameras or sensory devices; Reauthorize the brown bear tag fee exemptions; and
Any other business as appropriate.
The State fish and game advisory committees are established as a local forum to provide recommendations on the management of fish and wildlife resources and their habitat.
