Notice of Utility Tariff Filing
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Alaska Electric Light and Power Company (AEL&P) filed TA494-1, seeking approval of Amendment No. 4 to the Agreement for the Sale and Purchase of Interruptible Energy (Agreement) between AEL&P and Princess Cruise Lines, Ltd. (Princess). The Agreement provides for sales to Princess of hydroelectric energy that is in excess of the AEL&P’s requirements to serve its firm service customers. Amendment No. 4 revises the definition of Tourist Season, from May through September to April through October.
This notice does not contain all requested revisions, and the Commission may approve a requirement or classification that varies from those proposed.
