The Department of Corrections, Division of Health and Rehabilitation Services is soliciting a request for proposals (RFP) for a contractor to provide Sex Offender Management Program services in Fairbanks, Alaska. See Attached RFP for more details.

Sealed proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m., on March 3, 2021. It is the intent of the State to issue a contract for the provision of these services beginning on or about February 15, 2021 through June 30, 2025.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you receive this solicitation from the State's Online Public Notice website or IRIS Vendor Self portal http://doa.alaska.gov/dof/iris/vendor.html, you must register with the DOC procurement officer to receive subsequent amendments. Registration must be in writing and may be made via email to april.akers@alaska.gov. Failure to register with the DOC procurement officer may result in rejection of your offer.
