Adopted Regulations of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board Filed by Lt. Governor - Repackaging by Package Stores - Eff. 1.01.2021

The Alcoholic Beverage Control Board has amended its regulations regarding repackaging by package stores. 

The new text for 3 AAC 304.365 reads:

3 AAC 304.365. Package store license repackaging.
The holder of a package store license issued under AS 04.11.150 may on the licensed premises repackage beer or cider from kegs into other containers for sale on the licensed premises and consumption off the licensed premises, if the size of the other containers is not prohibited under AS 04.16.100.




The Lieutenant Governor signed and filed the regulation on December 2, 2020, with an effective date of January 1, 2021.

The regulations will appear in Register 237, April 2021, of the Alaska Administrative Code. Moreover, updated regulations will be available on our website on January 1, 2021. For further questions, please email amco.regs@alaska.gov.
