Notice of Adopted Changes to the Regulations of the Board of Dental Examiners

On October 16, 2020, the Board of Dental Examiners adopted regulation changes to Title 12, Chapter 28 of the Alaska Administrative Code. The regulations concern examinations for dental hygienists.

The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor (or designee) on November 20, 2020, and will go into effect December 20, 2020. See attached copy of the filed regulations.

The new regulation changes will be printed in Register 236, January 2021 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
