Lease Agreement ADA- 32245 Pegasus Aviation Services at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport

PROPOSAL TO LEASE: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, (DOT&PF) proposes to execute Supplement No. 1 adding Room ND106 (399 sf) in the North Terminal at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport under Agreement ADA-32245.  APPLICANT: Pegasus Aviation Services. TERM: Month to Month starting November 1, 2020.  Current rent rate is $91.76/s.f./yr.  AUTHORIZED USES: Ramp offices in support of ground handling services.

Information is available for review during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, at the office of Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport Leasing, located in Room C3980 of the South Terminal, Anchorage, Alaska.  Comments or request for competing applications may be submitted in writing to: Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport Leasing, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, P.O. Box 196960, Anchorage, Alaska, 99519-6960, but must be received by 5:00 P.M. on or before October 30, 2020, after which the Department will determine whether or not to execute the Supplement.
