NOTICE OF UTILITY NAME CHANGE
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that on September 3, 2020, Central Garbage Collection (Central Garbage), filed an application for a new Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (Certificate). Central Garbage proposes to provide commercial refuse services in Fairbanks. Docket No. U-20-070 was opened to address this matter.
Central Garbage is a Limited Liability Corporation and under the ownership of D&E property Services LLC. Central Garbage is seeking Commission approval to provide commercial refuse services within Fairbanks, Alaska.
No motions for waiver or petitions for confidentiality were filed with the application. The Commission has not assessed the completeness of the application. The Commission may determine whether the filing is complete by September 25, 2020.
