Sealed bids for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and performing all work on Project No. NSAPT00431 FAI Terminal Escalator Replacement, described herein, will be received until 2:00 p.m. prevailing time, August 18, 2020, in the Office of the Contracts Engineer, Engineering Services Building, Room 3, 2301 Peger Road, Fairbanks, Alaska.

The project consists of replacing two escalators in the terminal building (escalator up to the TSA checkpoint and the escalator down to baggage claim).

Engineer's Estimate is between $1,000,000 and $2,500,000.

The project completion date is April 30, 2021.
