INVITATION TO BIDDERS
The State of Alaska, Department of Natural Resources, Division of Parks and Outdoor Recreation, subject to the provisions of AS 41.21.020 will receive sealed bids for:
Kasilof River SUA North Site Improvements, Phase II, Project No. 51021-1
near Kasilof, Alaska
Work includes:
Work under this contract includes the removal of dune fencing and any other obstructions, placement of new dune fencing, installation of two entrance gates, placement of barrier rocks, and the installation of a live feed camera near the parking area.
This is a state-funded project.
The bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. prevailing time on August 13, 2020 at the Division's Anchorage office, 550 W. 7th Avenue, Suite 1340, Anchorage, Alaska 99501-3565 at which time and place the bids shall be publicly opened and read.
*In conformance with federal CDC guidelines and imposed state health mandates in response to the COVID-19 Coronavirus, the scheduled bid opening will be closed to public attendance.
Bids may be held by the Division for a period of forty (40) calendar days from the date of opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of the bidders prior to awarding the contract.
