Notice of Utility Tariff Filing

The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Alaska Electric Light and Power Company (AEL&P) filed TA487-1, seeking to allow digital and regular mail submission for applications and requests for connection and disconnection of service. With TA487-1, AEL&P also proposes to revise its application provision to state that deposits and fees will be assessed at the time of service or prior to construction. The provision currently states that the deposits and fees will be paid at the time of service or prior to construction.

This notice does not contain all requested revisions and the Commission may approve a rate or classification that varies from those proposed.
