Sealed bids for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and performing all work on Project No. 0002469/NFHWY00418 Kotzebue to Cape Blossom Road – Stage I, described herein, will be received until 2:00 p.m. prevailing time, August 4, 2020 in the Office of the Contracts Engineer, Engineering Services Building, Room 3, 2301 Peger Road, Fairbanks, Alaska.

The project consists of constructing the first stage of the Cape Blossom Road from Ted Steven's Way to Sadie Creek. Project work will include new road construction, drainage improvements, roadside hardware, and utilities.

Engineer's Estimate is between $20,000,000 and $30,000,000.

The project completion date is October 31, 2022.
