NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

ANC South Terminal Cooling Upgrade – Bridging Documents
RFP No. 25202078

The Contractor shall develop bridging documents, and bidding and construction administration assistance for a planned Design-Build project to construct upgrades to the South Terminal cooling system at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport.

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately June 2020 to June 2022.  Cost of these professional services is between $100,000 and $150,000.

Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received no later than June 5, 2020 prior to 4:00 p.m. prevailing time.
