NOTICE OF UTILITY NAME CHANGE
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that on March 26, 2020, ALPAT Water Utility, LLC (ALPAT) filed an application to change its name to Unified Alaskan Utilities (UAU). ALPAT currently provides water utility service under Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity No. 730. Docket No. U-20-011 was opened to address this matter.
ALPAT is seeking to change its name to UAU. The change in business name is not associated with any change of rates, services, or service area or other substantive changes to their existing tariff.
No motions for waiver or petitions for confidentiality were filed with the application. The Commission has not assessed the completeness of the application. The Commission may determine whether the filing is complete by April 17, 2020.
