The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to increase the area of Lease ADA-08627, Lot 4A, Block 1300, consisting of approximately 27,650 square feet, by adding Lot 3B, Block 1300, consisting of approximately 12,000 square feet, for a combined total of 39,650 square feet at Kodiak Airport. Applicant: Andrew Airways, Inc. Annual rent: $6,462.95. Authorized uses: Aviation – Operation and maintenance of a commercial aviation business, including Part 135 air taxi and air carrier operations, processing, loading and unloading of cargo and passengers, aircraft parking, sale of fuel, vehicle parking for employees and customers.

Competing applications or written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., April 06, 2020, after which the Department will determine whether or not to amend the lease.
