INVITATION TO BIDDERS
The State of Alaska, Department of Natural Resources, Division of Parks and Outdoor Recreation, subject to the provisions of AS 41.21.020 will receive sealed bids for
Clearwater SRS Boat Ramp Replacement, Project No. 71008-1
near Delta Junction, Alaska.
Work includes:
Work under this contract includes removal of approximately 16 existing concrete boat ramp planks and construction of a new concrete boat ramp. Work will also include slope protection for the new ramp using Riprap, Class I material.
This is a federal-aid project.
The bids will be received until 2:00 PM prevailing time on April 9, 2020 at the Division's Anchorage office, 550 W 7th Avenue, Suite 1340, Anchorage, Alaska 99501-3565. The Department will assemble, open, and then publicly announce the timely-received bids at 550 W. 7th Avenue, Suite 1340; Anchorage, AK 99501, at 2:15 PM, or as soon thereafter as practicable.
* In conformance with federal CDC guidelines and imposed state health mandates in response to the COVID-19 Coronavirus, the scheduled bid opening will be closed to public attendance.
Bids may be held by the Division for a period of forty (40) calendar days from the date of opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of the bidders prior to awarding the contract.
