NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Continuing Alaska Aviation System Plan (AASP) Phase III
RFP No. 25202056 

The Department intends to enter into a negotiated agreement for professional services to complete Phase III of the AASP. The selected Contractor shall examine the existing aviation system, update inventory information, analyze future trends and policy issues, and determine the type, extent, location, timing, and cost of airport development needs in the State of Alaska. Services are anticipated to include Planning, Public Involvement, Website Development, an Airport Capital Improvement Plan, and related activities. 

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  The estimated period for performance for the first year of this contract is approximately May 2020 to May 2021.  Total cost of these professional services over the contract term is expected to be over $1,000,000.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available March 4, 2020, and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, AK. Persons residing outside the Municipality may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 269-0408.

Proposals must conform to the RFP, and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received no later than March 26, 2020, 4:00 p.m. prevailing time.
